With the damage from disasters has been increasing globally in the last decades, the readiness of nurses is becoming ever more critical. Nurses are key players at the heart of emergency efforts in the healthcare sector. However, despite their critical role and constant demand for emergency nurses worldwide, hospitals in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) lack available expert nurses for emergencies and disasters.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
