Under the patronage of the Governor of Diriyah Governorate, His Highness Prince Ahmed bin Abdullah bin Abdulrahman Al Saud, yesterday evening, the Al-Ma\u2019rifa Colleges of Science and Technology held a graduation ceremony for the year 1436\/1437 AH, corresponding to 2015\/2016 AD, in the specializations of medicine and surgery, clinical pharmacy, and applied sciences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The colleges have harnessed their capabilities to conclude agreements with international and local universities, hospitals, and scientific and health centers within the Kingdom, in order to provide a scientific environment for their male and female students to qualify them to meet great ambitions in order to create a bright future for our dear homeland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The ceremony began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, then His Excellency the General Supervisor of the Colleges delivered a speech in which he praised the support of the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz, may God protect him, and thanked His Highness the Emir of Diriyah for His Highness\u2019s support and sponsorship of the scientific colleges\u2019 journey, and His Highness\u2019 constant keenness to participate. In all scientific forums in Diriyah Governorate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Then the student journey began, starting with the College of Medicine, from which 30 students graduated, the College of Pharmacy, from which 24 Pharm D students graduated, then the College of Applied Sciences, where the Nursing Department included 20 graduates, the Respiratory Care Department, 34 graduates, and the Information Systems Department, 4 graduates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This march represented the second batch for each of the College of Medicine, Pharmacy and Applied Sciences, and the third batch for the Department of Information Systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Then, the movie \u201cGraduate Snap\u201d was shown, which included a group of snaps in which the graduates expressed their feelings and thanked everyone who played a role in achieving this success. It also included a group of snapchats for the parents of some graduates in which they expressed their feelings of joy and pleasure at their children\u2019s graduation. The film was admired by the audience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On this precious occasion, the Chairman of the Board of Trustees and the General Supervisor presented a memorial shield to His Highness, the sponsor of the ceremony, after which His Highness handed over graduation certificates to the students and took souvenir photos with them.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
