Almaarefa participates competently in the development process in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia based on Vision 2030 by contributing to building a new generation that is creative and distinguished educationally and cognitively, possessing high future skills, solid professional principles, morals and solid Islamic values, that enable them to participate in building the knowledge economy and upgrading this blessed country and achieving the desired renaissance in all aspects of contemporary life. Almaarefa University is characterized by excellence and continuous improvement of all its programs in medicine, health sciences and technology through quality. It works as a core value of the university that helps to achieve institutional and programmatic academic accreditation locally and internationally, which aims to enhance the competitive excellence of the university outputs in the local and regional labor market as well as responding and adapting to the rapid changes of the market. In order to achieve Almaarefa strategic plan, the university sought to provide basic infrastructure, including halls, auditoriums, a library, advanced scientific laboratories, high-quality training, as well as the infrastructure of the digital university, distance education, and electronic virtual education, which proved its effectiveness and feasibility during the challenge imposed by the Covid 19 pandemic.
