Al-Maarifa University, represented by the female section, in cooperation with King Faisal Specialist Hospital in Riyadh, organized a visit for female nursing students, in celebration of World Diabetes Day, on Tuesday, November 14, 2018 AD. It included organizing an awareness corner on diabetes, “its definition, symptoms, causes, ways to prevent and treat it.” “A special corner for diabetes measurements, as this participation comes from Al-Ma’rifa University’s belief in the importance of health education and the continuity of community participation. The corner was attended by a number of visitors and hospital employees.
