Al-Maarifa University participated in the third Ministry of Health Forum for Quality and Patient Safety, held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel under the title (Quality in the Age of Rapid Change) under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Health, Dr. Tawfiq Al-Rabiah, during the period January 13/14, 2019 AD, and organized by the Quality and Patient Safety Department in the Ministry of Health. Health, and our delegation participating in the Knowledge Pavilion hosted the Assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry, Dr. Muhammad Abdel-Ali, Assistant in Hospital Services, and Professor Haifa Al-Nuaimi, Director General of Quality Management and Patient Safety, as well as a group of officials and those interested in the field of quality and safety in hospitals and some health sectors from various regions of the Kingdom.
The university’s participation came out of its belief in the importance of activating community participation in such occasions due to its interest in raising the level of health services to the highest international levels. On the other hand, the knowledge ambassadors, male and female students of the Nursing Department, were creative and participated in organizing the conference activities, which reflects the support of their confidence in the necessity of external and organizational participation.
The university was honored to be honored by Assistant Undersecretary Dr. Muhammad Abdel-Aali and Professor Haifa Al-Nuaimi for their active participation in the conference and accompanying exhibition.
