Registration Instructions and Guidelines for Summer Semester 2026

Important Notice

These instructions are for currently enrolled male and female students of AlMaarefa University only.

Registration Dates and Procedure

Summer registration starts: Sunday, June 28, 2026 (13/01/1448H) through the Academic Portal.

Registration ends: Thursday, July 2, 2026 (17/01/1448H).

Registration Mechanism: Students can drop and add courses through the Academic Portal.

Study Period and Academic Load

Study starts: Tuesday, June 30, 2026 (15/01/1448H).

Study ends: Tuesday, August 18, 2026 (05/03/1448H).

Maximum registration limit: (8 hours) for students, and (12 hours) for graduates.

Course Withdrawal

Last day for course withdrawal: Thursday, August 13, 2026 (30/02/1448H).

Notice: Students are not entitled to any refund of tuition fees for the summer semester if they withdraw from a course after the first week of study.
