In line with Almaarefa University's commitment to promoting health awareness and enhancing patient safety, students from the College of Applied Sciences participated in the World Patient Safety Day activities held at King Saud Medical City on September 18, 2024.

Almaarefa University has excelled with a new achievement that highlights the excellence of its research and skills outputs. Student Nahida Al-Samak from the College of Pharmacy and her research team won first place in the student research category at the 4th International Conference of the Association. Additionally, student Asmaa Al-Sawadi secured third place in the hackathon category. This success reflects the university's commitment to developing students' skills and enhancing their research and creative abilities.
The College of Pharmacy at Almaarefa University participated in the 4th International Conference of the Saudi Clinical Pharmacy Association, where it provided attendees with an overview of the Clinical Pharmacy Master's program offered by the university. This participation was an opportunity to showcase the quality and innovation of the college's academic programs and to enhance communication with professionals in the field.
As part of its ongoing efforts to enhance public health awareness, Almaarefa University, represented by the Emergency Medical Services Club, participated in the awareness events organized by the Ministry of Health for World Suicide Prevention Day and World First Aid Day.
The College of Applied Sciences at Almaarefa University organized the first orientation session for new students from the Army's scholarship program. The session included a warm welcome and provided detailed information about the university's educational programs. The meeting featured an overview of the academic programs and services available to students, as well as an introduction to the opportunities available to them throughout their academic journey.
