The National Center for Academic Accreditation and Evaluation in Riyadh signed a contract to implement the institutional academic accreditation project for knowledge colleges that have begun to keep pace with national transformations and achieve the vision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 2030, by qualifying them for accreditation because of its great importance in ensuring the quality of institutional performance and educational effectiveness alike, and in a way that contributes In preparing distinguished generations capable of meeting national needs.

The Executive Director of the National Center for Academic Accreditation and Evaluation, Professor Dr. Ahmed bin Yahya Al-Jubaili, noted that under this contract, the two parties will work to complete the requirements for academic accreditation and meet quality standards. He also praised the keenness of the colleges and their officials to raise the level of quality of their outputs, and to verify the effectiveness of their internal quality system. Including all educational, research, administrative and service aspects. Dr. Al-Jubaili noted that qualifying colleges takes between 12 to 18 months, because it includes truly building the human capabilities of college employees, and raising their experience and skills in the field of quality, which qualifies them to manage a real quality system that culminates their work and efforts in obtaining institutional academic accreditation, God willing.

For his part, His Excellency Dr. Zaid bin Muhammad Al-Zamil, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Colleges, stated that this cooperation comes in implementation of the vision of the Knowledge Colleges in preparing qualified competencies to participate in building the knowledge society, stimulating creativity, scientific and research excellence, and community service. Pointing out that this project also comes within the efforts of knowledge colleges to continue to improve their services through their future project, “Knowledge University,” which includes six colleges, a hospital with a capacity of 300 beds, a research center, another for conferences and business, and a hotel, in a distinguished knowledge environment that serves the region and competes with...
