Al-Maarifa University hosted for the sixth time the “Sheikh Saad bin Abdulaziz Al-Othman Award for Outstanding Excellence” ceremony in its eighth session for male and female general education students, under the patronage and presence of the Governor of Diriyah, His Highness Prince Ahmed bin Abdullah bin Abdulrahman Al Saud, on Monday, 04/01/2019 AD, and in the presence of the Director General of Education. in the Riyadh region, and senior officials in various government departments in the governorate.
The ceremony was attended by His Excellency the University President, Dr. Ibrahim bin Abdul Rahman Al-Mulhim, His Excellency the University Vice President for Admission, Registration and Student Affairs, and His Excellency the Dean of the College of Pharmacy.
This year, three of our students and two of our outstanding female students were honored, in addition to honoring the outstanding male and female general education students, in addition to honoring two male and four female teachers in the governorate.
This honorable occasion comes within the interests of Al-Maarifa University in participating and expanding the scope of community service, because of its effective return and strong motivation to move forward towards achieving ways of excellence and scientific excellence that have created an honest competition between teachers and students of public and private schools in Diriyah Governorate, and this noble initiative comes with its ceremony. The annual year has many benefits for students and teachers.
Knowledge welcomes the honor of His Highness the Governor of Diriyah, senior officials and families of the governorate’s outstanding students and their visit to the university. It also extends its sincere thanks to His Excellency Sheikh Saad bin Abdulaziz Al-Othman for his kind initiative in supporting ways of scientific progress through his generous award.
