“With the generous patronage of His Excellency the Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Dr. Zaid Al-Zamil, and in the presence of His Excellency the Dean of Colleges, Dr. Ibrahim Al-Mulhim, the deans of the colleges, the heads of departments, and the lecturers, the graduation ceremony for the first batch of students from the Department of Computer and Information Systems was held yesterday, Wednesday, 7/15/1435 AH, corresponding to 5/14/2014 AD. On the college stage
The ceremony began with fragrant verses from the Holy Qur’an, recited by the student Asim Qari. After that, the graduates’ speech was delivered by the student Khaled Ibrahim Al-Muhanna on behalf of his fellow graduates, male and female, in which he thanked the colleges’ administration, represented by their deans, deputies, and all their employees, for their efforts in serving their students. Then he directed His speech to his fellow students, urging them to be diligent and persevere in order to reach this moment that every student, male and female, dreams of.
Then came the speech of the Dean, His Excellency Dr. Ibrahim Al-Mulhim, to praise the efforts of all employees of the colleges and to emphasize the joy that everyone feels as they witness the first fruit of the colleges of knowledge, which is the graduation of the first batch of Computer Department students, promising his attending children more achievements in the near future and for His Excellency the Dean to announce the approval of the position. The Ministry of Higher Education approved the granting of knowledge colleges, naming a college for three specializations: medicine, pharmacy, and applied sciences. With God’s help, it is on a steady path to transform from knowledge colleges into the Knowledge University of Science and Technology.
Then came the moment of honoring, when the Dean of the Colleges, accompanied by the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, Dr. Zakaria Al-Zamil, and the Head of the Computer Department, Dr. Khaled Al-Dariwish, honored the graduating students, and it was as follows: First: Students who obtained a bachelor’s degree in information systems with honors. Second: 1- The student. : Adeeb Nasser Al-Baridi. 2- Student: Munira Suhaim Al Suhaim
