Under the patronage and presence of the Chairman of the Board of Trustees, His Excellency Dr. Zaid bin Muhammad Al-Zamil, a ceremony honoring and distributing prizes and shields to the male and female winners of the Third Colleges of Knowledge Holy Qur’an Competition for the year 1437 AH was held in the Great Diriyah Hall.
The presenter of the ceremony, student Saeed Al-Zahrani, began with a welcoming speech to the attendees, in which memorizers of the Book of God Almighty were honored, announcing the first paragraphs with fragrant verses that brought to the ears of the audience, student Ammar Al-Murshidi. Then, His Excellency the General Supervisor of Colleges, Dr. Ibrahim bin Abdul Rahman Al-Mulhim, delivered a speech in which he emphasized the approach The colleges are steadfast in honoring the memorizers of the Book of God and always keen on the continuation of this competition, which is dear to our souls. It is in its third edition after two successive sessions, and includes all college employees from both parts, male and female students. His Excellency extended his thanks and appreciation to the organizing committee for their efforts and keenness to follow up to make this ceremony a success, asking May God Almighty make this count in their good deeds.
Then, Mr. Ibrahim Al-Eid, Director of Educational Affairs at the Charitable Society for Memorizing the Holy Qur’an, spoke, praising the colleges’ pioneering role in encouraging memorizers of the Book of God Almighty and serving the Book of God, stressing the importance of this competition and its impact on the souls of male and female students.
Then came the time for honoring and distributing shields to the male and female winners who obtained the first three places in the three branches of the competition.
Then the presenter announced the end of this blessed meeting, thanking everyone for attending.
