Al-Maarifa Colleges of Science and Technology outperformed many universities that applied for admission to the human medicine specializations program at the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties, as the colleges’ students excelled in their results compared to the total number of applicants in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This came through a special statistic for graduates of the College of Medicine prepared by the Commission.
The Knowledge Colleges received a letter from His Excellency the Secretary General of the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties, including the statistics and distinguished results obtained by graduates of the medical colleges. His Excellency appreciated the continuous efforts made by the Knowledge Colleges in developing the training process for Saudi specialty certificate programs.
The Authority supervises all medical training programs in various specialties, which this year amounted to 90 general specialties, which are implemented in nearly a thousand training centers in various regions of the Kingdom. The Authority revealed applications for enrollment in the Human Medicine Specializations Program, which amounted to 5,387 Saudi graduates from various universities in the Kingdom. While the number of candidates from graduates of knowledge colleges was 79, representing 82.29% of the number of applicants.
