Knowledge Colleges received this Tuesday morning His Excellency the Executive Vice President for Administrative and Financial Affairs of King Abdullah University of Science and Technology, Eng. Nazmi Al-Nasr, and His Excellency the Vice President for Saudi Initiatives, Dr. Najah Ashry. A visual presentation was made about the colleges of knowledge, and a meeting was held to discuss ways of joint cooperation between the two parties, exchange experiences, and work on how to develop and strengthen relations of interest, as King Abdullah University of Science and Technology is one of the leading scientific edifices in our beloved Kingdom.
This first visit comes as the beginning of establishing a bridge of knowledge communication and getting to know the colleges’ departments, as the honorable delegation made a field tour during which they learned about the colleges’ centers, capabilities, and advanced equipment, through which they seek to prepare a distinguished generation of trained and qualified medical experts at the highest levels.
It is noteworthy that Knowledge Colleges were established in 2009 and are headquartered in Riyadh. They are specialized in providing medical specializations, and aim to establish Knowledge University, which includes a 300-bed teaching hospital, a primary clinics center, a research and conference center, a business incubator, in addition to a hotel.
