On Tuesday, October 3, 2017, the Student Affairs Administration, in cooperation with the Student Health Education Club, organized an awareness campaign to introduce healthy food and the importance of a healthy breakfast for male and female students, highlighting the nutritional elements that the body needs, such as protein and vitamins, and mentioning their most important sources.
The campaign targets:
Introducing the harmful effects of fast food and seeking to reduce them.
Detecting the levels of fats and sugars in our diet and their harmful effects on the body
Introducing a healthy diet and the amount of calories the body needs on a daily basis
It is noteworthy that on this occasion, the students prepared a cultural awareness brochure to distribute to students and visitors. Everyone, including faculty members, administrators, and students, expressed their thanks to those in charge of this event and the extent to which they benefited from it.
