Under the patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Reem bint Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the National Committee for Drug Prevention organized “Nebras” in partnership with Princess Noura bint Abdulrahman University and in cooperation with the “I Am My Goal” youth volunteer initiative on Wednesday and Thursday 3/22-23/2017. (Nebras Noura Volunteer Giving) Forum, in the conference center at the university’s headquarters.
The participation of the knowledge colleges, represented by His Excellency the Vice Dean for Female Student Affairs, Professor Dr. Awatif Ali Alam, confirms the importance of the colleges’ role in activating these initiatives and communicating between the governmental and private sectors to enhance community partnership and raise the level of community preventive awareness within the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
The forum concluded with the holding of an accompanying exhibition, which included a number of introductory pavilions for the Nebras Forum and other pavilions for a number of government and private institutions to display their services that aim to make everyone contribute to volunteer work and encourage such national initiatives in serving the Saudi community.
