On Wednesday 04/10/1437 AH, corresponding to 01/20/2016 AD, Al Maarefa Colleges of Science and Technology held a ceremony honoring Dr. Shaher Hamayda, Head of the Nursing Department, after the end of his term of office, based on his wish.
The ceremony was honored by His Excellency the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Dr. Zaid bin Muhammad Al-Zamil, the Supervisor of the Colleges, Dr. Ibrahim bin Abdul Rahman Al-Mulhim, the deans and deans of the colleges, the heads of departments, and the directors of departments. His Excellency the Chairman of the Board of Directors honored him and handed him the colleges’ shield. His Excellency the General Supervisor kindly presented a certificate of thanks and appreciation for his efforts. Fruitful, and His Excellency the Dean of the College of Applied Sciences presented a symbolic gift to express the college’s thanks for his sincere efforts, and His Excellency the General Supervisor expressed words of thanks and gratitude. Dr. Al-Hamaida also thanked all employees for the good treatment and support he received throughout his work period, appreciating the role of the colleges in ensuring to attract Qualified and experienced faculty members, and expressed his desire for the future aspirations of the colleges for a qualitative shift towards the University of Knowledge, with his hopes that it will have a distinguished regional and international reputation.
