Under the patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Mishael bint Abdul-Ilah bin Abdul-Aziz Al Saud, wife of His Highness the Governor of Diriyah Governorate, and in the presence of a number of female members of the Shura Council, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Education, female faculty members, deans of public and private universities, and the families of the female students, the Al-Maarifa Colleges of Science and Technology held a graduation ceremony. For the year 1436/1437 AH, corresponding to 2015/2016 AD, in the specializations of medicine and surgery, clinical pharmacy, and applied sciences, on the evening of Saturday, April 30, 2016 AD.
The colleges have harnessed their capabilities to conclude agreements with international and local universities, hospitals, and scientific and health centers within the Kingdom, in order to provide a scientific environment for their male and female students to prepare them for qualifications that live up to great ambitions in order to create a bright scientific future for our dear homeland.
The female students’ journey began, starting with the College of Medicine, from which a number graduated 80 A female student, and the College of Pharmacy graduated 50 female pharmacist students Pharm DThen the College of Applied Sciences, where a number graduated from all its departments 76 student.
The colleges provide higher education services to the sons and daughters of the nation and residents by offering bachelor’s degree programs in scientific academic specializations in the medical, health, applied, and technical fields. They also provide the opportunity for students transferred from recognized universities, as well as those holding diplomas from various health specializations, to enable them to complete their university studies in their specializations. .
Her Excellency the Vice Dean of Colleges for Female Student Affairs explained that the generous care of Her Royal Highness comes within the framework of Her Royal Highness’s continuous care and support in her generous embrace of female college students and sharing with them the feelings of joy and pleasure at their graduation.
The colleges worked with outstanding efforts and preparations to make this ceremony a success and to crown the careers of their students, who are considered contributors to building our future.
