On Sunday, 9/27/2020 AD, Al-Ma’rifa University held celebrations on the occasion of the Kingdom’s 90th National Day. This precious occasion comes to commemorate and commemorate the heroic exploits and epics of the founder of this country, the late King Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman Al Saud, and his righteous sons who succeeded him in leading this country. Under the patronage of His Excellency the University President, Professor Dr. Walid bin Hussein Abu Al-Faraj, and in the presence of the university’s deans, college deans, faculty members, employees and students, the celebration activities were held with all joy and pleasure, by planting seedlings of love with the participation of officials and students throughout the university. The Student Activities Department participated in offering a special competition for this. The glorious day included photography and video skills, and prizes were distributed to the winning participants.
His Excellency the Director extended his warmest congratulations to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and the Crown Prince on this day, which expresses love for the homeland and a symbol of our unity, appreciating the sincere efforts of the people of this country for the sake of its glory and development. This celebration included many participations that took place in light of the precautionary measures to congratulate the National Day in an atmosphere in which the university headquarters were decorated with the flags of the dear homeland, green lights, and artistic paintings that express thanks and gratitude to our sincere and loyal leaders and the efforts they made and the reasons they took to raise the status of this country. precious and put it in the ranks of the most civilized and sophisticated countries in the world.
90 of the university’s outstanding graduates and honor holders were also celebrated to focus on the ears of our students for the number of years on National Day.
On this occasion, a symposium was held entitled “Saudi Health Services During the Corona Pandemic: Humanity is Manifested.” Its topics included the quality of the system of preventive and therapeutic precautions and pharmaceutical aid to sister countries.
Free therapeutic services were provided to residents, and activities included honoring students To meet their volunteer work, active participation and provision of services in confronting the Corona pandemic.
In commemoration of this day, we must preserve the pledge of what our ancestors achieved of the greatest unity known in contemporary history, in which all the elements of pride and monotheism were present, and because of which this country and its citizens achieved security, safety, stability, progress and prosperity in all aspects of life, thanks to God - the Almighty - and then when This was done by our loyal leaders, and we have a duty to teach our children and grandchildren what the first generation did by conveying the message and continuing sincere efforts in love of the country and dedication to its service, so that giving continues, and praise be to God.
