Under the generous patronage of His Excellency the Dean of the College of Applied Sciences, Dr. Yasser Al-Turki, and His Excellency the Vice Dean of the College, Dr. Nasser Al-Jarallah, and with the participation of His Excellency the Director of the Student Affairs Department, Dr. Abdullah Al-Juhani, the Head of the Emergency Medical Services Department in the Colleges of Knowledge, Dr. Muhammad Al-Zahrani, held an academic guidance meeting for the department on Tuesday, February 2, 2016 AD. The meeting received a distinguished attendance of students.
Dr. Yasser Al-Turki opened this meeting by welcoming and thanking the department and the attendees for the distinguished interaction. He also answered many of the students’ questions during the meeting and clarified some issues related to the study plan, volunteer work, and participation in student affairs activities.
Dr. Abdullah Al-Juhani also urged emergency medical services students to participate in various student activities. As for innovation and invention, Dr. Nasser Al-Jarallah encouraged students to innovate and invent and ensured assistance in registering distinctive and practical ideas and obtaining patents to preserve their rights.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the Dean of the College stressed the necessity of holding such meetings on an ongoing basis, especially after the semester exams, and the meeting was documented collectively.
