The Quality and Accreditation Department at Al-Maarifa University, represented by the Strategic Planning Unit, organized several workshops regarding “preparing annual operational plans for university units” from November 18 to November 21, 2018. It consists of a group of half-day working sessions for each workshop, aiming to support the efforts of the various university units in preparing and following up on annual operational plans and determining the responsibility of each individual towards that.
Each workshop included a presentation on strategic planning, operational planning, and several activities related to preparing annual operational plans, presented by Dr. Jamal Samaida, Director of the Quality and Accreditation Department, and the heads of units in the Quality and Accreditation Department: Mr. Muhammad bin Zaid Al-Zamil, Dr. Hassan Nando, and Dr. Ismail Al-Sheikh.
The workshops were held in the presence of His Excellency the University Vice President for Admission and Registration, His Excellency the University Vice President for Female Student Affairs, His Excellency the Deans and Vice Deans of Colleges and their assistants, His Excellency the Director General of the General Administration for Faculty and Employee Affairs, the heads of departments and quality officials, and the heads and assistants of the administrative departments, admission, registration, scholarships, and student affairs in the male and female sections.
