- Aligning human resources policies and administrative processes with the university’s needs and goals.

- Supervising the implementation of administrative work plans, development, improvement, and motivation programs with the aim of increasing the effectiveness of human resources and achieving better performance.
- Participate in following up on the automation of management work, implementing the HRMS program, and supervising its implementation.
- Participate in preparing the training and development plan for university employees.
- Preparing analysis and job evaluation for all jobs at the university.
- Ensure that performance management and compensation processes are designed and implemented; To align employee performance with university objectives.
- Preparing the job performance evaluation of management employees, and supervising its implementation.
- Evaluating the medical insurance service provided by insurance companies, and continuous follow-up to ensure that it achieves the required quality.
- Supervising personnel affairs and services.
- Continuous follow-up of occupational safety requirements, prevention measures, and application of regulations and decisions of the Ministry of Human Resources related to this.
- Follow up on regulatory procedures, directives, and decisions issued by the authority holder, related to financial and administrative aspects.
- Working to resolve disputes between employees, the company, and the competent labor authorities.
- Proposing amendments to human resources policies in accordance with work regulations and university internal regulations, and following up on their implementation after their approval.
- Supervising government relations services to ensure the provision of services provided by Passports, the Ministry of Human Resources, Foreign Affairs, and the Chamber of Commerce to university employees.
- Registering and updating university employees’ data in the social insurance system.
- Registering new Saudi employees within the Human Resources Fund system.
- Follow up on the university’s dues to the Human Resources Fund until they are collected, and coordinate with the relevant authorities.
- Preparing periodic reports on achievement levels and recommendations to improve the quality of work.
- Participate in preparing a report.
