About management

Human resources management at Al-Maarifa University is considered the backbone for achieving the university's strategic goals through providing, developing and managing human talent. With responsibilities extending from aligning human resources policies and processes with the needs and goals of the university, to developing a fair and rewarding system of incentives and benefits to enhance loyalty and belonging among employees. The administration is committed to attracting and maintaining distinguished talents, and supervises the implementation of administrative work plans and development and improvement programmes. By engaging in business automation and implementing HRMS, management improves administrative efficiency and facilitates employee training and development processes. Preparing and evaluating job analysis for all jobs ensures that employee performance is consistent with the university’s goals, while employee performance is evaluated periodically to ensure continuous development. The administration is also responsible for evaluating and following up on medical insurance services, supervising personnel affairs, and ensuring the application of occupational safety standards. In addition, it works to resolve labor disputes, propose amendments to human resources policies, and supervise government relations services, while recording and updating employee data in official systems. At its core, Human Resources Management at Al-Maarifa University plays a vital role in improving the quality of work, ensuring achievement, and fostering a work environment that encourages creativity and excellence.

  4. Supervising the implementation of administrative work plans, development, improvement, and motivation programs with the aim of increasing the effectiveness of human resources and achieving better performance.
  5. Participate in following up on the automation of management work, implementing the HRMS program, and supervising its implementation.
  6. Participate in preparing the training and development plan for university employees.
  7. Preparing analysis and job evaluation for all jobs at the university.
  8. Ensure that performance management and compensation processes are designed and implemented; To align employee performance with university objectives.
  9. Preparing the job performance evaluation of management employees, and supervising its implementation.
  10. Evaluating the medical insurance service provided by insurance companies, and continuous follow-up to ensure that it achieves the required quality.
  11. Supervising personnel affairs and services.
  12. Continuous follow-up of occupational safety requirements, prevention measures, and application of regulations and decisions of the Ministry of Human Resources related to this.
  13. Follow up on regulatory procedures, directives, and decisions issued by the authority holder, related to financial and administrative aspects.
  14. Working to resolve disputes between employees, the company, and the competent labor authorities.
  15. Proposing amendments to human resources policies in accordance with work regulations and university internal regulations, and following up on their implementation after their approval.
  16. Supervising government relations services to ensure the provision of services provided by Passports, the Ministry of Human Resources, Foreign Affairs, and the Chamber of Commerce to university employees.
  17. Registering and updating university employees’ data in the social insurance system.
  18. Registering new Saudi employees within the Human Resources Fund system.
  19. Follow up on the university’s dues to the Human Resources Fund until they are collected, and coordinate with the relevant authorities.
  20. Preparing periodic reports on achievement levels and recommendations to improve the quality of work.
  21. Participate in preparing a report.
