• The librarian is in responsible for the technical and administrative supervision of the library's sections, as well as the planning, implementation, and follow-up of the projects and services.
• That Librarian will carry out services efficiently and easily and submit proposals for the development of the library and its services.
• There shall be a Library Advisory Committee (LAC) which is charged with providing recommendations on library policy, strategy, collection development, services, and facilities and the management and operations of the library. The Library Advisory Committee can provide advice on specific topics, issues, and concerns relating to the library, as well as make recommendations to the Head of the University.
